Mr. Franke began his mechanical industry career during seven years in the U.S. Air Force. He transitioned to the civilian world entering an apprenticeship training program, earning his Journeyman Certificate as a Stationary Engineer, and later as a Building Trades Journeyman Steamfitter / Pipefitter with United Association Local 290. While working as Chief Engineer at a large local facility and raising a family of two children with his lovely wife, he attended school at night earning two Associate Applied Science degrees. Keith joined TCMS in 1995 as a Service Technician, and later as a Service Supervisor. He transitioned into a new role to develop comfort and efficiency project solutions for TCMS customers and to introduce the preventive maintenance concept to future customers. In 2006, Keith opened a new TCMS branch in Longview, Washington and was promoted to General Manager. In 2014, Keith was promoted to VP of Service over the three TCMS branches in Washington.
Mr. Welch began his career in the HVAC service industry in 1984 as an Auxiliary Division Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy. After his four year tour of duty, Mr. Welch moved back to Oregon, where he was born and raised, to continue his career as a service technician for United Mechanical Contractors in Klamath Falls. In 1990, Mr. Welch moved to Medford, Oregon to work for Metal Masters, Inc., rising from Service Technician to Service Manager during his 15 year tenure. In 2005, Mr. Welch accepted the position of service manager for TCMS in its Eugene, Oregon branch. Over the next four years, Mr. Welch worked as service manager while filling the project sales role when needed. In 2009, Mr. Welch was promoted to the role of General Manager of the Eugene branch, and continued covering the roles of service manager and project sales. January 2013, Mr. Welch handed off the roles of service manager and project sales, leaving him with his role as general manager and new role as corporate safety manager. July 2015, Mr. Welch was promoted to Vice President of Service – Oregon, while maintaining his existing roles. Mr. Welch holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
